Can I use my property whenever I want?
Absolutely. Your property is still yours — just block the dates you want to use on the calendar. The only thing is to honor any bookings already confirmed through their check-out.

Is there a minimum contract?

You can end it whenever you need to; the only thing we ask is to honor any bookings already confirmed on the calendar through their check-out.
