This site belongs to Prime Stay Rentals S.R.L., corporate ID 3-102-930430, domiciled at Alajuela, Alajuela, San Isidro, La Ceiba, 75 metros al norte del Auto Mercado, Costa Rica. Contact: info@primestayrentals.com.

2. What this site is

It is an informational site about our vacation rental management services. Nothing published here is a binding offer: the terms of each service, including the commission, are agreed in writing in each property's management agreement.

3. Figures, estimates and calculator

Market figures, examples and the revenue calculator are estimates built with public data (rates published on Airbnb and market occupancy published by third parties) as of the date indicated in each case. They are not a revenue guarantee: actual results depend on the property, its location, condition, season and the market.

The ratings and reviews we show come from the platforms where they were published and reflect the period indicated.

4. Third-party trademarks

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, WhatsApp and other brands mentioned belong to their owners. PrimeStay Rentals is not affiliated with or representing them; it mentions them to describe where it lists the properties it manages.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to PrimeStay Rentals or are used with their owners' permission. They may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Questions and complaints

For any question or complaint write to info@primestayrentals.com. We reply within 5 business days. This does not limit your right to go to Costa Rica's National Consumer Commission.

7. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

This site and its use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. If versions in other languages differ, the Spanish version prevails.
